Description

Very interesting alpine, skeletal quartz! This quartz was found 1994 by the well-known Austrian mineral collector Kurt Novak at the “Großvenediger” mountain. Through the process of etching the crystal got its special shape and its very lively structure. This piece is a rare variety of quartz! Partially there is some pericline and some chlorite grown on the quartz. This fantastic piece features also a nice luster. A very beautiful undamaged floater-piece from an alpine cleft in the “Hohe Tauern”!
