Description

A wonderful sample, with lot of pale pink, very sharp crystals of this very rare, lead-neodymium carbonate mineral, scattered over more areas of the sample. Gysinite-(Nd) is exclusive of two or three locality in the world but now seldom comes almost exclusively from this old abandoned mine in the Sardinian inland which, probably gave some of the best samples and this excellent specimen is certainly among the best in size, perfection and richness of crystals, of wich you can well distinguish the faces. I've count atleast 20 single crystals with perfect shape and with size just over 0.5 mm.( big for this rare specie) Personally collected in 2001. Extremely rare, especially so rich of so sharp crystals, I think it is a hardly repeatable specimen!
