Description

Serifos, the famous mineral island in the Mediterranean, is known for its variety of minerals. These include Ilvaite, which is one of the best in the world. Today, collecting is largely prohibited on the island, and new minerals are hardly to be expected.
This piece consists of an ilvaite crystal with a smaller quartz on the side, the ilvaite is beautifully crystallized.
