Description

What a wonderful combo specimen from Trepca! The main minerals shown here are arsenopyrite and siderite. The arsenopyrite comes in quite large, well formed and lustrous crystals. The siderite is almost yellow with good luster and adds color and contrast. Combined with the white quartz the visual impact is really good! As a bonus there are pyrrhotite crystals serving as the base for the abovementioned minerals and there also is a crystal of sphalerite that adds to the association! One of my favorite pieces from the Trepca lot that I bought a while ago.
