Description

Attention to this old boracite specimen: it features a cluster of modified pseudocubic crystals of dark blue-grey colour. Includes two previous labels, one from Dr. Krantz.

Acquired in 1977 by Georges Vanacker*, specimen #IV/545, it is labelled “ironboracite”.

*Vanackerite from Tsumeb is named after him.
