Description

Brown in part elongated crystals of titantaramellite (though labeled taramellite) in whiteish platy and pearly lustrous crystallized sanbornite, a rare barium silicate. Rush Creek is the (co-)type locality for titantaramellite, a rare barium borosilicate with the formula Ba4(Ti,Fe3+,Mg)4(O,OH)2[B2Si8O27]Clx.
