Description

A nice miniature specimen of lustrous blue Covellite in part with thin coatings of chalcopyrite(?) and some ongrowths of another mineral that looks like pyrite. Covellite is usually massive, but this sheet-like specimen shows crystalline parts too. Specimens from this locality become increasingly rare. In quality the Bor covellites compare to the US specimens from Butte for instance. Comes with Krantz label.
