Description

This species, named after the William Whewell (1794-1866), a British Naturalist and Scientist, is one of only a few collectible minerals (like Mellite) in nature that are partly composed of organic compounds and also known as Calciumoxalat. It represents an out-standing rarity and in remarkable dimension for the minerals as well for the locality. Will come with the label from Museum for nature history at the Humboldt university of Berlin.
