Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Approx. $10 (Free shipping on orders over $200). All domestic shipments include tracking and insurance.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following international destinations:
Canada & Mexico
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery Time: 6–10 business days (may vary depending on customs). Approx. $25 USD. Tracking and insurance included.
Rest of the World
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery Time: 6–15 business days (customs delays may apply). Approx. $35 USD. Tracking and insurance included

Packaging & Handling
Mineral specimens are fragile and require careful handling. Each order is securely wrapped and cushioned to protect your purchase during transit. We use eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments include tracking and basic insurance coverage. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes & Order Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order.
