Description

A very intriguing old-time specimen with a colourful formation of spherical formation of dark green malachite and lighter bluish-green chrysocolla. These copper minerals were deposited in a cavity in the beige limestone matrix. Sharp scalenohedral calcite crystals, some even twinned, grew on both sides of the matrix. From the Grundnerstollen in Ringenwechsel.
