Description

This is a good piece with a new K-Ca-Cu-arsenate mineral shchurovskyite and with two other very rare arsenate species of alluaudite group. Shchurovskyite forms olive green coatings on matrix. Bradaczekite is a Na-Cu-arsenate mineral occurs as blue crystalline aggregates, johillerite is a Na-Mg-Cu-arsenate, forms violet coloured globular aggregates on vulcanic scoria. Arsenatnaya fomarole is the Type locality for shchurovskyite and Tolbachik vulcano is the Type Locality for bradeczekite.
