You may have noticed today's home page centre has changed; usually we display "today's auctions closing", but today we are showing "all auctions". There is a simple reason for this.
Because of demand from our sellers, we have had to increase our schedule from 5 auctions to 6 a day. Our "auctions closing today" panel caters for 3, 4 or 5 auctions. So to fit everything in we have opted for the "all auctions" panel.
We will revert back to the usual screen on days when 5 auctions are due to close.
You may have also noticed that our "numbered" auctions have changed from 3 to 2 per week. These auctions are for mixed items from mixed sellers.
Again this is due to demand from other sellers requiring individual auctions. Of course we will revert to the original schedule as required.
When we opened the latest e-Rocks platform in September 2015 the normal daily schedule was 3 auctions going on 4, it is great to see the interest increase, from both sellers and bidders.
As our auctions have increased so has our traffic, 45% up on 2 years ago, and with nearly 11,000 registered users there is plenty to encourage new sellers, who are always welcome to apply!
