Description

The specimen consists of a cone-shaped cluster of elongate crystals of dioptase on an intergrown cluster of cerussite crystals. The cerussite material has a corroded weathered finish. The dioptase crystals are long in proportion having grown from a core point. All of the dioptase is intact with the 'fan' to 1.6cm. This piece is from Okandawasi Mine.
