Dear collectors, colleagues and rock hounds,

we have been slowed down recently by some personal ailments, staff shortages (Kris is finishing her PhD and can't help at the moment) and a lot of bureaucracy.

You may have received your orders a little late, and the search for stones will still hold us up a little. But we are in the process of solving these problems over the next two weeks. From the first of October on everything should be running smoothly again.

Unfortunately, DHL has increased the shipping fees for most parcel sizes/weights and regions. Therefore we had to adjust our charges accordingly.

If you want to save on shipping costs, we recommend that you collect over a longer period of time (in up to 3 consecutive auctions). We cannot combine invoices from different auctions, but we can do this for orders. If the shipping costs for combined orders are cheaper than the addition of the individual shipping costs, you will “automatically” receive a refund of the difference when the package is shipped.
