Description

This specimen comes from finds in 1995 at the Wessels Mine. There is a jet-black pyramid-like crystal of Hausmannite which measures 6.5mm on edge. There is small grained Andradite Garnets sporadically deposited at the matrix level. Bipyramidal Braunnite II crystals with a complex termination have been deposited on both sides of the matrix, the largest of which measures up to 8mm. Not all the crystals are complete but overall a very presentable specimen.
