A 2.0 mm cube of sperrylite exposed in coarse-grained violarite.

Associated with these two type locality minerals are chalcopyrite and millerite.

The millerite occurs as crystals up to 0.1 mm in vugs and open fractures within the violarite. The sperrylite crystal shows octahedral modifications on the corners, and the cube faces are somewhat distorted.

There is a small chip on one corner not readily noticeable due to an octahedral modification.
