Description

This particular specimen is a beautiful miniature, with its well formed, translucent, and lustrous, with a rich, emerald green color. These deep green crystals are the rarest of all the vesuvianite styles, and gemmy.

The Jeffrey Mine, now closed, is well known for its beautiful specimens of both grossular garnet and vesuvianite, these chrome vesuvianites were the rarest of the varieties found at the mine.
