Description

A muti generational dufrenite on massive haematite from Iron Monarch Opencut. The top and one side of this specimen has a series of complte and partial spheres of dufrenite crystals that are an oxidised tan to deep brown colour. The spheres show growth rings which in itself is quite unusual, scattered amongst and over the spheres are dark green to black groups of dufrenite crystals.

A very rich specimen and a great example for the location.
