Description

What initially appears to be balls of malachite are actually psuedomorphs after cuprite, the octhedral shape is preserved in some of the malachite balls and where a ball has been broken a reminant core of cuprite can be observed.

Scattered amongst the malachite balls are bladed groups of azurite on sitting on the brown chert that is commonly seen as country rock at this locale.
