Carletonite is one of the most desired of Canadian minerals, and it is incredibly rare.  It only occurs at Mont Saint-Hilaire which makes it the type locality.  None has been found for years.  This specimen has intense blue color and is with leveosphenite and afredsonite.  A very eye-catching cornflower blue color!  Mounted in a perky box.  From an old collection.
