Description

Nice single crystal of sulphur, which shows a classic bi-pyramidal habit and very good brightness and transparence. The crystal is a floater and has no matrix. It doesn't come from the most known sicilian area, but from continental Italy, which is a much more rare locality for well cristallized specimens. This specimen can probably be dated to beginning of 1800.

Minor bruise barely noticeable considering the age of the piece.

Nice old label coming with the piece.
