Description

A wide vug in the gossan marix is hosting lots of clean, reddish elongated crystals of Hopeite showing a clean and distinct shape rather than the rounded pseudo botryoidal one that is more commonly seen on the market.

Hopeite is a Zn bearing phosphate known only in very few locales in the world and crystals of this quality are even more scarce.
