Description

A nice specimen of massive Axinite-(Mn) with a single fluorescent blue speck of Charlesite.  There is also some micro-sized fluorescent orange Clinohedrite crystals, as well as several small white coating areas, possibly Gypsum coating over top of additional Charlesite crystals.  The Franklin Mine is the Type Locality for Charlesite and Axinite-(Mn)
