Description

Exceptional gem. Quartz var. Citrine with Smoky ghost phantoms (Very well visible on pictures) From old find in Russia

One of the best specimens I have from this locality, one of my favorite due fantastic Twinned crystal associated with small cluster on edge.
A very attractive eye catching specimen.
Also what we can see here is very sharp color, it's obviously due the size of the crystal but as I could note from specimens I have from this locality, mostly crystals don't exceed 3 cm in thickness, here we have crystal in size of 10.5 x 3.7 cm and second one 8.0 x 2.5 cm.

Condition is very well, the specimen have some small contact on the top but acceptable.
Basically the quality is very good if you don't look at these minor damage.

Luster is excellent with great transparency and as I previously said the color is outstanding.
Some photos made with backlit to show better the color because is hard to capture good color on black background.

unusual yellow/brownish color with great smoky ghost phantoms inside.

Specimen comes from 80s
