Description

A couple of sharp zircon crystals from Lueshe, well-known for other species where zircon crystals re scarce, specially in this sizes: 23x20x18 & 19x19x11 mm. Strong yellow-orange fluorescence under short UV light.

With a handwritten label from Mr. Robert Verdoodt, who was working in the laboratories of Union Minière du Haut-Katanga and evacuated to Belgium after the beginning of the Congo crisis in 1960.
