Description

This is from a new find in Tunisia: whiteish to water-clear fluorite cubes with high lustre are aggregated to a very showy and (except two minor cleavage faces at the margin and the backside) undamaged specimen.

The fluorite exhibits stepped faces. The whiteish needles on the fluorite were told me to be strontianite, i could not verify this by analysis until now.

Only very few samples are available, the exact location will be given by the finder in the next year when he has finished working on a second vug.

The paragenesis points towards the Hammam-Zriba area. This is the only one i have for sale, the other one is in my collection.
