This sample shows in several areas, on both major faces, many yellow schoepite needles, which are probably the transformation of previous ianthinite needles, as write in the label, the older one, in German lenguage (ohne Feuchtigkeit Umwandlung ianthinit in schoepit ?). The sample comes with both labels of the last two previous collectors, J.Schöne from Dresden and A.Schmid from Haslach who, in turn, had the sample from another collector Dr. Leyerzapf from Mainz, in 1956, as is see written on its label and visible in the photograph. Interesting sample that should be further investigated with analysis for more knowledge.
