Description

A pair of cassiterite crystals showing the characteristic contact twin with re-entrant faces at the top. The crystals are translucent, with a nice brown colour and moderate lustre, and are associated to minor quartz matrix.

Acquired in 1984 to Brian and Janet Head from New South Wales (Australia). Ex. Roger Gnat collection.
