Description

Deep red Pyrope crystals, partly with Chromiumdiopside inclusions, in dark green Serpentinite. This sample is on one side cut and polished. The Pyrope crystals are surrounded by Keliphite rims. The granets make a fine contrast with the matrix. Showy piece from an old location. This location doesn´t deliver such pieces any longer.
