Description

This stunning piece is by far the rarest we ever offered in an auction. Not just for the species,- it is  the alpine locality where this great Milarite specimen comes from. Alpine Milarites are objects of  highest desire,- and in this size they are actually not to come by. Here you see an excellent defined crystal with six-sided habit and one superb termination which is multifaced as well. The crystal is perched atop of a matrix, covered with sharp, white crystals of Adularia. The Milarite has contacts of desolved Bertrandite.This is an alpine super piece for highest demands in every sense.
