Description

A piece of lapis lazuli in calcite, accompanied by some pyrite and mica. A 19th century specimen with label of notorious Charles Ottley Groom-Napier (1839-1894) alias "Prince of Mantua and Montferrat" ("Mus. M&M"). See his interesting biography on minrecs biographical archive.
Comes with antique M&M label. The locality "Andes" is pretty undefined, but the chilean locality is likely.
