4.5 × 3.3 × 1.6 cm
Description

I was completely astonished by this specimen. I had thought I couldn't be surprised by Bad Ems material anymore. But this kind of pseudomorph/epimorph (perimorph) was completely new to me.

Typical pyromorphite crystals have been covered by goethite and then dissolved, leaving a hollow cast (at least I guess that the 'not opened' goethite pseudomorphs are hollow too).

It seems that this material might be as rare as the galena pseudomorphs after pyromorphite ('blaubleierz') from Kautenbach. At least I haven't seen another sample before.
