Description

Stassfurt, Saxony - Anhalt, Germany
Class:
Massive/Crystalline
Size Range:
Miniature (4.5-7 cm)
Size:
6.8 × 3.8 × 3 cm
Description

This specimen has the best visible water inclusion I ever had in a blue halite - like a real bubble level. It's also one of the biggest and seems to consist of two attached (twinned?) crystal cubes. The color changes from blue to purplish, depending on the light source (natural light/warm light/photo-light).
