Description

This is a fine and rare 19th century classic from Spania Dolina (old german Name "Herrengrund"). Botryoidal, dark blue azurite on matrix, partly covered by high-lustrous, tabular white cerussite crystals.
Comes with nice old hand-written label dated 19th century. "Kupferlasur" is an old german synonym for azurite. The region was part of the austrian-hungarian empire before World War I.
