Description

Ore sample consisting of massive reddish-brown bornite (or maybe rather cuprite), green crystalline malachite and blue-green chrysocolla. "Bogoslovsk, Tur'insk-Auerbakovsk ore field, Sverdlovskaya Oblast, Middle Urals, Urals Region, Russia" is a classic russian copper deposit.

From old Dr. Krantz stock, comes with nice old label dated around 1900. "Buntkupfererz" is the german synonym for bornite.
