Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Herminia Mine, Julcani, Angaraes Province, Huancavelica Department, Peru
Size Range:
Small cabinet (7-10 cm)
Size:
7.1 × 6.4 × 4 cm
Description

A jumble of small bright grey bismuthinite needles over white barite blades There are many tennantite crystals and surely some more sulphides. An small, slender, needle-like, metallic-black terrywallaceite crystal group is hidden among so many bismuthinite crystals, but easily viewed to the unaided eye. There is another larger group but this group was not analysed, but it looks more like gustavite. Awesome specimen for study!
