Description

Deep purple translucent crystals of purple fluorite on white crystalline calcite. A brown fibrous mineral also coats the calcite, it is mixed with octhedral crystals of cuprite and has been tentatively identified as beraunite. This specimen was packed with an old label, which will be supplied with the specimen, whilst similar to the North Mine purple fluorite, a specific mine can not be nominated.
