Description

For sale is a sample of chalky white arshinovite on massive fine grained hiortdahlite II. Both have been confirmed by EDS and XRD. The white arshinovite is an alteration product of the hiortdahlite II and is an amorphous material with a zircon composition. Mixed in with the arshinovite is a small amount of calcite. This is the only known locality for arshinovite in Canada.

  Also present is some pink eudialyte and dark grey amphibole.
