Description

Sprays of green-silvery anthophyllite in matrix.

 

The specimen was found during the third German Antarctica Expedition GANOVEX III 1982/83. Comes with the original box and handwritten label of the mineralogist from this expedition. Anthophyllite from this location is probably lacking in most collections.
