Description

Andalusite crystals in-grown in quartz, the surface is altered to mica (similarly to the most alpine specimens). An important historic specimen, comes with very old and rare Krantz label, printed 1845-1850, sold in Bonn since 1850 (note the canceled "& Comp. in Berlin" and the stamped "Bonn" at the bottom of the label). From a classic german locality. Weight: 40 grams
