Description

Set of five amethyst crystals, one of the larger (pic 5 & 6) and one of the smaller crystals (pic 8) is nearly perfect, the other two crystals have some damage. The double-ended, more smoky one is a little bit outstanding with regard to color and shape - I am not sure if it is really from the same locality. Its size is 13 mm.

From old Dr. Krantz stock. Comes with old box and antique notice label. Iwaki was a historic province of Japan situated in the eastern part of todays Fukushima prefecture and southern part of Miyagi prefecture.
