Description

This is a piece of Albite from Seiland, Finnmark, Norway that has a minor Moonstone effect.

Translucent moonstone (rare variety of albite) crystals exhibiting blue Schiller-effect typical of moonstone.

Moonstone is a pearly and opalescent variety of microcline, it is common to find it in large masses, but not crystallized.

Most Albites you find here will not have the Schiller-effect at all. With this piece you can not see it in normal daylight, but you will see some small effect if you expose it to very strong light (plus you need the right angle). You will see the effect on the right side on the biggest crystal, and also on the backside of the same crystal (see the last picture, plus end of the video)

Even without the schiller-effect this is a nice sample of albite from Seiland, with a big crystal on the right (the one that got schiller-effect). You will however see that all crystals on the edges got damages, plus some whine nicks on some of the Alibites.

All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
There are no handling fees.

Once the Seller receives your payment the specimen(s) will be packed and sent them within 3 working days – unless you request a Shipping Hold

You can combine items in one singel parcel to save shipping costs. If so, please inform as soon as you buy an item so we wait shipping.

The specimens will be packed carefully, to prevent damages under transport. 

I will cooperate for any damage or merchandise lost. Original shipping and insurance fees including taxes are non-refundable nor credited in any circumstances and return shipping and insurance fees are to be paid by the client.  Return shipping shall be made with same shipping service used for original delivery.


RETURNS
If not happy with the purchase, you got 14 days to return the product, getting your money back. If  the product is not returned within 14 days after you recieve the product, it will be assumed that you are intending to keep the product and the transaction will become final.
