Description

Pale olive-white crystalline crusts of rare arsenate Liskeardite richly lining a vug. This is a fine and rare specimen and exceeding hard to obtain nowadays. The Penberthy Croft Mine is well known for its rare species, is type locality for many minerals (Bayldonite, Penberthycroftite etc.) and was closed in 1840. Type locality for Liskeardite is the Marke Valley Mine at Linkinhorne in Cornwall.
