Description

The Göscheneralp in Uri Canton, Switzerland is by far the most famous and sought locality for alpine Fluorites worldwide. Pink Fluorite specimens from here are objects of greatest desire and good Fluorites from this locale adorn many of  the major collections in the world. Yes,- I have to admit, this is not a killer piece, but it is a good contrastful and colourful specimen of a single intense pink Fluorite octahedron, perched on glistening, white Adularia crystals. The colour of both species is very clean and there are only minor imperfection. Both species are well developed as well lustrous and sharp. Hard to get hold of such items direct from the Strahlers........
