Sharp octahedral crystals of fluorite overgrown by quartz, much like the better known Deer Trail specimens.   Exceptional size and sharpness for the locality.   

From the estate of noted California collector and dealer Charles Trantham, retaining a label from David Shannon who collected the specimen in 1979.
