Description

This is a  crystal group of fluorite from the Uranus mine near Annaberg Buchholz in Saxony. The fluorite is multicolored. It is yellow at the core and violet at the edges. The fluorite was partially dissolved during its development and partly recrystallized. These recrystallization surfaces are Deltaisokositetraeder called. The rest of the fluorite looks like it is coated with hoarfrost.
