Description

Unusually large example of this uncommon copper carbonate mineral. The Rudna IX mine is the second worldwide locality of juangodoyite - natural sodium dicarbonatocuprate(II). In this particular specimen  has azurite-like crystals belonging to chalconatronite, with juangodoyite being the ligher-blue phase. The green botryoids are either malachite or cornwallite.
