Description

Globular aggregates formed by clear prehnite crystals covering the whole specimen of quartz crystals .This specimen was found during the first german Antarctica expedition GANOVEX I 1979/80. Comes with the original handwritten label of the mineralogist from this expedition. Prehnite from this locality is probably lacking in most collections.
