Description

Clear quartz crystals to 1.5 cm on both sides of the specimen.On the quartz are sitting black,perfect babingtonite crystals.
The specimen was found during the first german antarctica expidition GANOVEX I 1979/1980 .
Comes with the original handwritten label of the mineralogist from this expedition .Babingtonite from this location is probably lacking in most collections .
