Description

A very well-formed crystal of sturmanite, shiny brown, not often seen, and with a stacking appearance. This is a typical or iconic form for sturmanite. There is a chip at the side of the top termination and at the bottom of the smaller crystal on the side, which shows a yellow core. There are not many of these around. Sturmanite is a type locality for the Kalahari Mangenese Fields.
